Bucas is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Customer Service Support member to join our friendly and dedicated team. This full-time position offers an early finish on Fridays, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who values work-life balance.

**Position: Customer Service Support Office Based at our Head Quarters in Togher Industrial Estate, Cork**
**Duration: Full time permanent position**
**Hours: Full-time, 4 ½ days per week (Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:45, Friday 07:45 to 12:45)**

**Customer Service Duties:**
– Entering orders into the Intact IQ system and advising customers on shortfalls and alternatives
– Answering telephone calls as needed
– Processing orders and queries via email
– Providing administrative support to the team and management
– Handling retailer requests, tracing shipments, and managing end-consumer queries regarding horse rug selections
– Assisting sales agents with questions and problems
– Mailing brochures to customers on request and assisting with large mailings to our customer base
– Supporting sales invoicing and filing
– Updating pricing records and master data as required
– Liaising with various teams and departments as needed
– Maintaining key customer accounts with product information
– Performing any other ad hoc duties as required

**Ideal Candidate:**
– Possesses an equestrian background or knowledge; experience with owning a horse or working with horses is an advantage
– Language skills are a plus, particularly for the German market, which is our largest
– Highly motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team
– Strong organisational and self-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment and meet specific deadlines
– Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
– Ability to work to deadlines and interact with individuals at all levels
