ACCEPTANCE

Goods are only supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading as detailed below. The placing of an order is deemed as confirmation that the customer has accepted our terms and conditions of sale.

TITLE OF GOODS

The Goods shall not pass to any persons or companies until all monies owed to Bucas have been paid in full. Until such time, the customer must bear all risks and shall insure those goods against loss or damage. Bucas shall be entitled, at any time, to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and Bucas and its employees or agents shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purposes of effecting such repossessions.

The decision to purchase any items from this website ultimately lies with the customer and we cannot be liable for any consequences relating to products purchased from the Bucas website.

Due to the variety of styles and colours, Bucas cannot guarantee that the item you order is the exact item shown in the corresponding picture. Often times, the same image will be used to represent all variations of the same product. Also, Bucas may change labelling, packaging and product design before we are able to update this web site for accuracy.

All products offered on the website are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

PRICES

All our products are automatically priced in Euro. Prices include vat @ 23% where applicable.

PAYMENT

Payment will be taken when the order is completed online through a secure server by credit or debit card or through Stripe (see Privacy Policy). For your own security, we ask all customers not to email their credit details as we cannot be held responsible should any problems arise.

SHIPPING

All Bucas deliveries are sent by courier service. We ask that all details provided are correct including a correct post code. An up to date phone number is required as couriers will contact the recipient of the parcel to arrange delivery. This is an Irish website only so there is NO international shipping available. Do not try to order if you are outside Ireland as an administration fee will be applied to any orders that need to be refunded. By proceeding to “Place Order” you are agreeing to this fee.
