Buzz-off Rain Zebra – Factory Seconds combines the Zebra fly sheet with a waterproof upper to protect your horse. The waterproof upper offers body protection from flies as well as letting the rain roll off your horse’s back.

The Buzz-off Rain Zebra – Factory Seconds offers the same protection from flies as the Buzz-Off Zebra but also has a waterproof and breathable upper to help protect your horse from rain showers. The belly pad ensures that the rug is kept in place at the same time as it protects the belly of the horse.

Research has discovered that flies hate the Zebra stripes! One study found that flies landed on zebra stripes at one fourth of the rate they landed on horses. The idea is that the stripes create an optical illusion that makes it difficult for flies to land on the zebra’s skin and bite because they are unable to accurately gauge the zebra’s size, shape, and distance due to the striped pattern.
