The Power Turnout Light Big Neck comes with no insulation, which when teamed up with the Stay-dry fleece lining means the rug is considerably warmer than other rugs of a similar weight! The Stay-dry Anti-Bacterial lining means the rug can be put on a wet horse the same way as a sweat rug. The lining quickly dry the horse and can be left on, thus avoiding extra rug changes. The Anti-bacterial lining won’t cure your horse’s skin conditions but will prevent the spread of any bacterial or fungus nasties!!

The reason for the Power turnout being silver is that it reflects the heat of the sun preventing the horse from overheating in the rug and the inner aluminium lining means it helps the horse to retain it’s own natural body heat which allows the temperature range of the Power turnout range to be much larger then many other turnout rug of the same weight.

Big neck rugs are great for horses with high withers, broad chests, and thick necks. Big Neck style is a great fit for stallions and breeds of horses that tend to be wider across the shoulders like Connemara’s, Friesian’s, Andalusian, and Draughts.
