The Bucas Smartex Extra Factory Seconds, comes from the Smartex Turnout range which combines superb durability and comfort for your horse across a broad range of temperatures and are considered the most versatile turnout rugs available.

The Smartex can be put on a wet horse after exercise or washing and the Stay-dry lining will wick away the moisture, dry your horse and the lining will remain dry next to your horse’s skin. The ballistic nylon offers superb durability. It is an interlocking weave which makes it super durable and is considered extremely strong in the “Denier” strength tests!

The Smartex Extra comes with 300g insulation, which when teamed up with the Stay-dry fleece lining means the rug is super cosy for your horse!

Big neck rugs are great for horses with high withers, broad chest, and thick necks. Big Neck style is a great fit for stallions and breeds of horses that tend to be wider across the shoulders like Connemara’s, Friesian’s, Andalusian, and Draughts.
